  • Employee Assistance Program
  • ePlus offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all employees. An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential access to resources and licensed clinicians to aid in your well-being when personal or professional challenges arise.

  • Medical
  • ePlus offers two medical plan options to all eligible employees, both are administered by United Healthcare (UHC). Kaiser Permanente is a third medical plan option that is offered to California employees only:
  • Choice Plus PPO Plan
  • High Deductible Health Plan
  • Kaiser California

  • Hospital Indemnity Insurance
  • ePlus offers Hospital Indemnity Insurance. This type of insurance pays a daily benefit if you have a covered stay in a hospital, critical care unit or rehabilitation facility. You can elect this coverage for yourself, your spouse (up to age 70), and your children to age 26
  • Dental
  • ePlus offers the choice between two dental plans: the Standard plan and the Enhanced plan. The Enhanced plan offers an increased annual maximum as well as adult orthodontia coverage.
  • Vision
  • ePlus offers vision insurance, which includes preventive and materials coverage.

  • Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
  • ePlus offers company-paid life and AD&D insurance to all eligible employees. The benefit is 1x your annual earnings to a maximum of $250,000. We also offer voluntary life and AD&D insurance, which you can purchase for yourself, spouse and/or children.

  • Short Term Disability Insurance
  • ePlus offers company-paid short term disability insurance to all eligible employees. If a covered illness or injury keeps you from working, Short Term Disability insurance can replace part of your income while you recover. The benefit is 60% of your earnings to a maximum of $2,500 per week (tax-free). There is a 14-day waiting period.
  • Long Term Disability Insurance
  • Long Term Disability insurance can replace part of your income if a disability keeps you out of work for a long period of time. The benefit is 60% of your earnings to a maximum of $15,000 per month (2/3 of the benefit is tax-free). There is a 90-day waiting period. ePlus pays 33% of the premium.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Eligible employees must work 20 hours or more of regularly scheduled hours per week. ePlus offers the following FSA options:
  • eHealthcare FSA (Healthcare FSA is not available to HSA participants)
  • Limited Purpose FSA (available to HSA participants only)
  • Dependent Care FSA

  • 401(k) Plan
  • ePlus offers a 401(k) plan through Charles Schwab. An employee is eligible the first of the month that coincides with or following one full month of employment. An employee is 100% vested on their date of hire and the employer match is annual.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • ePlus offers an employee stock purchase plan. The plan allows employees to contribute via payroll on an after-tax basis to purchase common shares of ePlus stock at a discount. There are two offering periods during the year for employees to join.

Benefit Eligibility and Enrollment
An employee must work at least 30 hours per week to participate in the benefits listed here, except for FSA and 401(k) which is 20 hours per week.  Benefits are effective the first of the month following your date of hire, except for 401(k). This benefit summary is provided for convenience to U.S. employees; please refer to plan details.

ePlus Security Academy

ePlus Security Academy is an exclusive job training and mentorship program for a select group of newly-hired Security Engineers. Our mission is to create a clear, defined path of success for early-in-career technical professionals, Veterans, or those looking to build upon an existing cyber security career. Graduates of the program will move into roles that allow them to put their technical and consultative Academy education to use servicing ePlus customers and contributing to business growth and success.
